The design department of Topkidsplay had a strategy meeting at the end of January to take a review of the previous year and plan for an exciting new one. The purpose of the design department meeting was to discuss challenges. reflect on successes, and plan out the common future path.
Improving the team’s capacity to handle challenges, especially the challenging balancing act of managing a heavy workload within a limited timeframe, was one of the meeting’s main outcomes. To maintain quality in every design job, the design department demonstrated adaptability and creativity.
In the portion focused on looking ahead, the design team warmly shared their imaginative thoughts. The team’s creative energy and unified goal were further demonstrated by the positive reaction the recently published Ninja Warrior course got.
